At Abyss, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. If the fit isn't perfect or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures a quick and easy resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and secure the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
